    At ARTIZEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return and refund policy below to understand our guidelines and process.

    1. Return Eligibility

    Customers may return artworks within 14 days of delivery if they are unsatisfied with their purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging without any signs of wear or damage.

    2. Return Process

    To initiate a return, please contact ARTIZEN’s customer service at support@artizen.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you have received your RMA number, include it with the return package and follow any additional instructions provided by our team.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on ARTIZEN’s part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

    4. Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for a damaged item, please contact us at support@artizen.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged item after verifying the defect.

    6. Non-Returnable Items

    Custom or Commissioned Artwork: Custom and commissioned pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or with a defect. Final sale items and digital downloads are also non-returnable.
