At Frientopis, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.

Note: Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return.


2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@frientopis.com before sending the product back.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
